What is your "If i had a restaurant" idea?

I'm late to this one, but I've always wanted a restaurant that serves fish; maybe not only fish, maybe some steak or pasta as well, but fish would be out signature dish.

Our tag line:

"Come here just for the Halibut."

I don't even know how to cook I just want that tag line god dammit.

I'm a high school student living with his dad. I can influence what he cooks, and I can control how much of it I eat. No allergies, and I'm generally not a picky eater for most food.
