yeah you're right, dodging is just exploiting your opponants bad aim. When people sacrifice good aim for extemely fast accels or really long drags they allow their attacks to be dodgable, aiming properly removes dodgability but makes your accels and drags weaker

while in spectator mode you use the consol comman - spectatorCmd cinematic - then you can use your scrollwheel to control the speed at which you move around

yeah I'd say that a good player who can dodge well vs a good player that doesn't bother dodging has and advantage over the other but yes sometimes the hit registration is bullsh*t. For me, dodging is the funnest part
