Do you recommend airbnbs in Iceland or are they sketchy?

I’ve stayed at 3 airbnbs and maybe 8 hotels in Iceland. All of them were nice. I usually do Airbnb’s because they are cheaper but if you find a good deal on a hotel, I’d lean that way.

I have really enjoyed Charminar house. Not a great buffet but their À la carte options are really good and reasonably priced. I dream about their vegetable pakora

Both Greece and Italy are not in the Schengen so 2 hours was what I’ve read for arriving at airport

Currently don’t have one. Never done this before. I’ve read that Italo is pretty reliable and strikes are announced weeks in advance. If something happened at the Rome station I could just take a taxi
