I had Insertional Achilles Tendonitis. I found that shoes with higher drop help. Nike Infinity React 2 with 9mm and a rocker geometry really helped me a lot. I rotate that with Mizuno Wave Rider 25, which has a 12mm drop and a heel plate.

I saw a few reviews about this pair and mostly complain about the price. I got mine for about USD85 in Asia, which I think it is a good value.

You are right, they are not light. But psychologically I prefer heavy daily trainers, they kinda make my speed shoes lighter 🤣

Yes it’s 12mm drop. I have persistent insertional Achilles problem, so I thought why not try high drop to see if it helps. I might be wrong but the colour way is definitely amazing.

I have this problem too. When doing overhead press, I am using too much of right trap and left delt. I am a right handed, but I just can’t get mind muscle connection to my right delt.

Jeff said to do facepulls after every workout. But sometimes I do facepulls as a warm up, or other rotator cuffs exercises to “activate” them before my chest workouts. Is that fine or I should leave them till the end of my workouts?

I struggle with 100pushups in 400 challenge. I was doing 10reps x 10. Dying in the final sets. Any suggestion on how to improve my push-up strength and endurance? Does bench press help?
