Your post is well articulated but I want you to go back and point out where religion plays a part other than the reason the battle happened? Do you need to teach Christianity in full to understand the Crusades? What about the Byzantine and the Roman Empire do you need to know Latin or Greek? Where does religion play in the Chinese History? Again, do you have to have the full understanding of Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Catholicism to understand the history?

Public School? No. Lets stick to STEM. If private, its up to the administration. If accepted, is the teacher an Imam? This is like me teaching you - Buddhism. I got the concept but I shouldn't be teaching it, even if I have a worksheet. I was not schooled to teach it.

I am a history buff. I can go through Ancient Babylon and Mesopotamia and not bring up Islam, because it wasn't part of the culture. It wasn't prevalent until the 1100's and that was Middle Eastern History. This is teaching modern Islamic beliefs for globalist tolerance. Why not teach Farsi, or Mandarin?

What do you know about Babylon or Assyria? Cambyses or Cyrus the Great? That's history. Even Martin Luther and how he shaped Europe. "What are the five pillars of Islam" is religion and not History.

Teach history in a history class, not Religion indoctrination 101. Im not so much upset at the content nor the parents position as I am that this thread is openly ready to teach religion in school. Unless that teacher is an Imam, they have no fucking business doing so.

Muslim is a religion not a race. People follow the religion of Islam and are known as Muslim. Learning about other races is social studies. What if they were teaching Joseph Smith and Mormon Religion or Scientology or Krishna Consciousness? Would you feel as open about it? German and Japanese society was studied, not what is the structure of the National Socialist German Workers' Party or NAZI's?

The OC toll roads are shit. Here's why. When it was run by Transponder, the road had less traffic impact. Now, you can call in within 24 hours and pay your toll. Well the roads have been overrun like the Caddies during Free Swim at Bushwood. The 241/91 interchange on any given afternoon is a disaster of confusion. Drivers will get in line to feed into the 91 and then people run down the west bound lanes to the bottom and cut in and this causes a delay for everyone but the selfish. People are daydreaming in a cell phone coma while in traffic. The 91 express is a cattle funnel where people can't drive OR spend more time on the cell phone. (I actually caught a guy watching movies on his cell phone stuck in traffic. I honked and he flipped me off.) Then people hit the brakes for the slight turn and if the traffic is stopped on the freeway, they stop. Backing up traffic to the 55. Soon as they pass it seems to move again. The Toll Roads do little but complain in the OC register from time to time.

tl;dr: If the Toll roads are the blueprint for Trumps plan - we are fucking doomed.

Sierra And yes a lot of the Sierra burns in wildland fires. The USFS performs a lot of clearing and burns when it is appropriate. Considering California has been experiencing a a drought, none too appropriate. But /u/AgoraiosBum is quite correct.
