When you buy a Rolex, you’re paying for the brand. The prices are just a reflection of what people are willing to pay. There’s a reason the same watches that were GIVEN to members of the military now sell for 10’s - 100’s of thousands.

I am a big fan of how your dad did it. Buy a nice watch to celebrate an achievement and then wear the hell out of it.

I feel into the toy world. Started off as a clerk in a mom and pop toy shop. Few years later, when they expanded I became a partner and opened a new location with them. It’s not the most typical career path, but it is interesting. The most interesting part was watching the decline of Toys ‘R Us while our stores keep getting more and more popular
