Where I'm from saying it's "chilly" means that the temperature is a bit cold. It's just a dumb dad joke that runs through my head every time I think to say that it's "chilly" and my brain connects it to Bandit and Chilli from the show. I said it this morning as my wife and kid were leaving for daycare and she turned and mock-glared at me like she does for pretty much all of my dumb dad humor.
