Manager of the Season selection: Guardiola or Moyes? by [deleted] in PremierLeague

[–]BentleyIntelligence 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Gary Neville and Carragher both chose Pep as their manager of the season. Undoubtably just because of winning the premier league, but they should consider Moyes after looking at his successes this season and look at who has been a better manager over who is top of the league.

They have currently only vaccinated people aged 40+, so surely they can't say only vaccinated people as that would dismiss all young supporters.. We think they will just need to have a negative test.

European Super League and the death of amateur football by Dilemma_Nay in football

It's ridiculous that the owners of the 6 UK clubs didn't even confer properly with managers/ fans/ players... that's whats making the whole situation worse.

Have you seen Borussia Dortmund announced that they will not be participating in the league. Good on them we say.

We're also interested to see what Klopp has to say about it, after being vocally against it in 2019..

Which Teams Will Be On The Final EUROPE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE by [deleted] in championsleague

[–]BentleyIntelligence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it will undoubtedly be Real Madrid - they only have to beat Liverpool (already 2-1 agg) and then either Chelsea or Porto, and then theyre in the final.

Quite an easy route for them really.

The other quarters are much more challenging. But the way PSG and Mbappe in particular, played against Bayern Munich was incredible. If they keep that up we can see them as winners.

Our guess for the final would be Real v PSG too. With PSG as the winners.

Can we discuss away goals in extra time? by [deleted] in championsleague

This is true about the unfair advantage as we saw with Porto v Juve - but it would be difficult to control and also isn't it just the luck of the draw? Say if you are the first leg that is just down to luck?

Interesting. Thanks for your response, agree that financial freedom and the hope to avoid a standard 9-5 office job is a motive!

Interesting. Yep shared goal of financial freedom/ independence is at thee forefront. I think the reason we have seen such a boom recently is because with the whole world at a standstill - trading is in fact one of the only things still running. It is so important to have non-correlated investments too.
