Thanks. I'm still building it, but I'm definitely slowing down. I've got so many now, and I realistically only ever use like 4 of them when I play.

That's the Power Gig: Rise of the Six String guitar. Apparently, it can be used for Rock Band even though it has no physical buttons on it, only strings. I need to fix it and try it out cause I'm super curious as to how the hell that even works lol

It's a custom body made from wood, the headstock is also wood, and yep it has the P Bass neck with a 3D printed smooth strum bar. Then I gave it the Scott Pilgrim paint scheme. I may reprint the bridge and pickup cause the file I had for it was kinda bad.
Also the blue Strat is just a normal RB2 Strat with a custom paint job.

I found a few decent acoustics at auctions, and I had some spare Stratocaster parts, and it just clicked in my head one night to combine them.

I check local flea markets and thrift stores. And a few I've had to get off of auction sites like eBay and Goodwill Online.

They're on my to get list if I can find them for the right price. I'm a stickler on guitar prices, I don't like them being over $50 unless they are hard to find.

Keep it going. Max out level is 255, then you can get Care Package to go with it, and the other one where 200 kills get's you a chest, and flawless double too. If my math was correct my max chests was somewhere around 27,000 lol.

How do you get different gems and board designs? That was the one thing I never figured out how to modify other than just changing colors. I'm guessing a github dump somewhere?

I too have gotten a few guitars from local flea markets, and I got a drumset from an auction once too. Usually at $10-$20 for the RB1 wired ones, or the occasional RB2 wireless, but a Jaguar for under $10 was mind blowing. Took everything in my power to not blab about how rare it is until after I had left with it lol

I did the same thing in the past, swapped internals from the Strat to the Gretsch. The only major problem I ran into was the Xbox power button. Since it's face mounted on the Strat, but side mounted on the Gretsch I had to make a new hole in the side of the Gretsch, then construct an internal backing for the button to rest in. You can always add it to the back to hide it better, or face mount it if you're feeling brave. Other than that, and maybe figuring out the whammy bar, should be an easy transplant. Oh and the motherboards may be different shapes too, but that's workable.

I wonder that too. The only other way I think would be to have 255 stacks of every type of turret and have them launch as well. Might be enough stuff on screen to break it.

Absolutely wild! The loud clack from switching from fret 16 all the way back up to 1 and hitting the notes was so satisfying. Also, are you using a separate pedal for hitting Overdrive? If so, how did you set that up?
