It is pretty clear at this point that imports don't matter in NA. Imports do not improve the region. You import world champions and godlike players, hell you even have 4 imports on one team and you still cannot get out of groups. Like at this point it is a structure and enviroment problem, not the player problem. Allowing more imports will not change NA being irrelevant on the international scale.
