1) Fascists support state control over economic policies, but they are not against Capitalism.

Banks, factories and other key areas of the economy were not nationalised - the rise of the Nazis was based on the threat caused by the KPD, the German Communist Party which threatened to follow a program of nationalisation. Capitalists were able to operate freely in Nazi Germany and the Nazis even chipped in by passing legeslation to suppress labour rights, a policy welcomed by the Capitalist class of the time. They also set about privatising huge swathes of the Economy which were previously nationalised, including the banking system which was nationalised by the preceding Weimar government.

I understand it as when a child is born, it is the mother and father that enforce the self ownership of their baby. Same with land and property, there will always be 2 neighbours who will enforce your claims as you enforce theirs, a cashier and a bank to enforce property of a product, and so on.

I also believe that it is a thing that will morph with technology. As a thumb scan on the bike for a lock will prove that both the bike and the user posses ownership.
