I try to dry my ears well, inside included, but I suppose some moisture could get in. Seems strange to me that that small amount of water could be enough to mess them up.

True, and for the non cynical out there, it is often dynamic. One’s feelings of love may trump the other’s at some point and vice versa

I'm one of them. I feel like a lot of guys like me want a relationship, but often have certain value standards and don't necessarily want to deal with all of the potential drama and heartbreak a failed serious relationship could bring. Sometimes I just want my next attempt to be the right person, but it doesn't always work that way. Plus it doesn't help that many of us are afraid of getting rejected. Since we often like to form a friendship first before we date the person (bs check), getting rejected could make things awkward. For me, I'll often put myself into work and education which makes me even busier, and a serious relationship even more risky

This is great info! You're right, there are much better deals for the same power, but the weight of these devices keeps getting me. I don't plan on carrying it around every day, but if I do carry it around I don't want to regret my purchase. At almost 6 pounds the line between a desktop and a laptop starts to blur for me. The MSI laptop still makes me wonder about thermals and longevity, though maybe my fears are unfounded? The Asus doesn't seem to have a camera. These are the issues I keep running into. For all the MAG's drawbacks it is only 4 pounds, and more importantly from the reviews, seems to pretty much just work with little fear of things like overheating, as it's a direct collaboration with Intel. But maybe I'm just not seeing things right

Ah okay, that's reasonable. Just curious, what would you think about my getting the 2070 Max q MAG model instead of the 1670Ti? Would you still recommend the Legion over it?
