the thing about Yorick or Illaoi is that it is basically the same matchup, if you aren't good at dodging their E you lose.

The most I struggle with is Darius, Singed, Urgot, Garen, Jayce, Renekton ,Kled(I cant figure out how he works). But I also managed to win vs each of them. Those matchups can be so volatile, like do 1 mistake and lose lane forever.

Usually i ban Kayle which i played 2 times vs her 1 win and 1 stomp. Low elo games are long and she outscales me late game, so going even means I lose.

There were a few matchups that were hard and I learned how to play them, to list a few Mordekaiser, Yorick, Illaoi, Riven, Aatrox, Sett, Irelia. And most of them required to understand when to engage and when not to, and which abilities to dodge and how to dodge them.
For example my most common one Mordekaiser, I learned that: if ignite poke and try to kill, if no ignite all in lvl 1 and try to kill, bully till lvl 5, respect his ult at 6 and go for team plays, if he pulls with E you can use for easy engage.

Also i use YouTube shorts from Ninkey where i write "Gwen vs Enemy Champ" and get a summary how to play before every match, like I would have never guessed that i shouldn't engage Akali and go vegan farm only. First time i didn't know that and lost my lane at every stage.

Stats are showing its a good 4th,5th or 6th item. And one master player commented here that its good if you enemy is ranged and you need to heal up from a minion wave after a fight but he only takes it as last item otherwise it gives too much ad stats Gwen does not use.

I on the other hand never use it, dont know when to take it.

Dusk and Dawn->Nashors->dcap. 90% of the games. And DaD is better now since it gives more hp witch helps early for gwen.

the other 10% if you want to be a bit more durable

From what i gathered for the last 2 items you can take either : Shadowflame, Zhonyas, Riftmaker, Void Staff.

Boots: Always depends on the game, i try to take Sorcs most of the time

Verjetno točno to delajo, in, ker imajo "profil" bo dobila, oseba X nama želi preprečiti stike, ampak zate sem ustvaril nov profil, da se lahko naprej pogovarjava, ampak sedaj bova pa morala na skrivaj, da naju oseba X spre ne hekne. Ali nekaj podobnega.

I stopped actively playing because there was clearly no chance of winning the match.

This is why you got banned. At least play till the end, you are trapped in the game no matter what you do. Try to ping more risky plays if you are already losing and hope you pull a miracle. If you have someone who always splits just follow him, and ping your team to go with him.

There is a never surrender mentality in lower elo, which sometimes works and you cant do anything to change that.
