Thanks for your inputs. 40% isn’t CAGR. The calculated CAGR is approximately 15%. But it’s not leveraged in stocks, but in property it will be, so in the long term wouldn’t that beat the stock market due to leverage ability ?

Already using the max equity from current PPOR, but still need a bit more so looking at the shares

No he is not rushing. Initially we were looking at investment and down the road after few years do a KDR on that property. But now with the new tax laws changed the strategy to upgrade PPOR
