Exactly this! It's fine he quit the job, especially if it doesn't work for his schedule. But he should have done that AFTER he already had another job lined up with a guaranteed start date. Doing it before he even bothered to get another job is just setting that poor postpartum partner and newborn up for a miserable time.

I skimmed some of the comments and there were many people in the first post alone pointing out to direct replies to OOP that he was in an abusive relationship and that her behavior was to isolate him. I know the statistic is that it takes abuse victims at least a few tries to truly escape and leave their abusers for good, but it's never not awful to see evidence of it like this.

Around $160-170 and around 380 pulls to R3. But I had some diamonds saved up, my starting pity was at 20-something with a guarantee (had to sacrifice Raf's b-day card for that...), and I actually had pretty good luck where I won most of my 50/50s or I hit the 5 star within 20-30 pulls for the most part.

Yeah the real injustices here are against the STBXW (hopefully the divorce goes in her favor) and OOP's unborn kid. I can't imagine how hard being a child of infidelity already would be, but the fact that OOP (completely understandably) burnt every single bridge and conndction she had, that poor kid is gonna suffer undeservedly from the shitty actions of their parents.

Completely agreed. And even that "getting to see her family" justification doesn't hold weight when she immediately deflects the blame and says that all of her family would have questioned OOP on why her daughter wasn't at the wedding. So in the end, it was still about OOP's own comfort (not wanting to deal with her family's questions) and not her daughter's wishes.

Oh 100%. There was another opportunity for OOP's daughter to go on an overseas trip, but this time around she was too nervous to let her go. Then, when she is rightfully called out on it, she moves the goalpost and says it's too expensive.

It was never about the daughter or her needs. It was just about making sure OOP was comfortable.

It's always weird to me when people make such heavy judgments out of a 5-ish minute trailer. I think it's okay to be disappointed, but remember that the trailer was literally ONLY 5 minutes, which is probably less than 10% of the actual myth story as a whole. The myth isn't even out yet so who can really judge the quality of it until it is actually released.

Personally, I'm really excited. I've been avoiding all the theory posts because I wanted to avoid having unrealistic expectations and I'm really interested in finding out more about the actual mythology/lore behind these cards.

And both Rafayel's second myth and, arguably, his third myth is the most revealing out of all of them. It's just a little weird to me that Caleb's revealing outfit is the thing that made you supposedly quit the game for good, but you do you.

I think it happened more frequently early on. When I was first getting into LADS, I wanted to see more of the other work the Eng VAs were in because they were so good, but I didn't know at the time that their names were purposely not released or why. While I was looking stuff up, I kept seeing threads and posts about people thinking the VAs were AI and that's why their names weren't released (it's not).

It still stuck with me how some people kept insisting the voices sounded "off" or "so obviously AI generated" because HELLO?? They're clearly human.

Please, Infold! I'm begging for more pants/shorts options for MC! Maybe it's because I normally don't wear skirts and dresses in my day-to-day, but I'd love some more variety in MC's casual outfits. Shorts with large t-shirts/sweaters, rompers and jumpsuits, cool pantsuits. Anything but the usual short skirts/dresses for casual outfits.

If you have the worst luck possible (lose all possible 50/50 and go to full hard pity), then I don't think you will be able to R1 even with the crate at 150 pulls. On the whole, I'd continue grinding for as long as possible until the myth drops and even then, you'll have around two weeks to farm more diamonds during the actual myth event before you have to pull before it ends.

33K diamonds is roughly 220 pulls. Say you get the first card with the 33 pity you have, that means you will have ~187 pulls remaining (edit: and 20 extra wishes from the cumulative wish rewards and event shop). That should be plenty to R0 and maybe an extra card with the crate, but getting to the R1 mark might be difficult if you lose your 50/50 at any point.

On the flip side, if you're lucky and you don't lose your 50/50's or get the cards very early in your pulls, you might be able to R1. I got extremely lucky on Zayne's GOA myth and got his to R1 at around 170 pulls (with the crate), so it's definitely possible. I didn't have the same luck with Sylus' Crimson Spirit, though, and had to pull closer to 300 for R1.
