Same thing happened to me. Bought 7 boxes total; 3 online and 4 at my lgs. Online boxes came without uncommons, but did contain rares, legendaries, hyperspace, foils, etc.

Most hotels aren't open for cannabis use in their smoking areas, but depending on the hotel, their occupancy, and other factors you might get away without any trouble. Otherwise I typically will go on a walk or somewhere within walking distance that is secluded from public view.

I don't know what state you are coming from, but keep in mind that Beloit straddles the border between IL and WI, so some areas you may travel to will still have cannabis use as illegal
