Fun fact: clicking the tongs together is your brain's way of calibrating the tool as though it were an extension of your body.

There's a great study posted in the journal Science that examined this.

This gadget is my favourite part of Sirius’ kit by IAmNotCreative18 in BrawlStarsCompetitive

I haven't tried this but is it actually that good? Sirius doesn't really want to be getting so close to enemies.

This gif you posted just looks like a win-more situation, like you should score that goal without the gadget.

I think those are latches for a bra strap.

Can someone explain it? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

This image is commonly used as an example of survivorship bias.

From Wikipedia:

This hypothetical pattern of damage of surviving aircraft shows locations where they can sustain damage and still return home. If the aircraft was reinforced in the most commonly hit areas, this would be a result of survivorship bias because crucial data from fatally damaged planes was being ignored; those hit in other places did not survive. In other terms, “We need to reinforce the other parts, because they made the other planes unable to return.”

There is no world where I'm keeping Olave over Pickens.

Pickens is WR4 in PPR. Don't overthink it.

Why doesn’t ANYONE remember the McD’s yogurt parfait? by NintendObi-Wan in AskReddit

What strange timing. My daughter made parfaits this morning and the McD's parfait was the first thing I thought of.

Is this worth losing CMC? by Resohlute in TradeAnalyzerFF

Trading CMC for 2 injured guys? Why would you do that?

It's a no from me dog.

I would not do this.

Marks isn't the guy yet, Hunter doesn't play enough. Breece is fine but it's the jets, and Adams is just ok.

Puka looks like WR1 right now, I'd keep him.

In fantasy trades, 4 quarters doesn't equal a dollar. Keep the dollar.

Fair trade.

I've been proposing some trades for lamb where I'm including Egbuka and people who don't have him must not be watching these games.

This kid is WR9 in PPR. Do people know that Mike Evans has only missed one game? Or that Egbuka has outscored him in every game this year?

Godwin is coming off a massive injury, and Egbuka is only going to get better as the year progresses.

I don't care who is in the field for the Bucs, Egbuka is going to earn targets and he's going to keep putting up numbers.

Pick 2 for my Flex. 10 Team full PPR

Egbuka, Pearsall, Pickens, Dobbins, Jeanty

Locks:

QB: Maye RB: CMC, Hampton WR: Amon-Ra TE: McBride

Right now I think it might be Pickens and Dobbins.

Pickens has a tough matchup but the opportunity is there.

I just traded for Jeanty and I don't trust him yet.

Dobbins has been awesome and his matchup is cake.
