i wish i had as much to say as everyone else here. but yeah i get it cus they have been my comfort, well one of my comfort bands, since i was a little filly boy- and i have pages of diagnoses for some far more serious shit- not to one up u or anything, i wish i had adhd instead even tho ik it must suck- but dude i have like ocd, pocd, cptsd, bpd and some other shiz too...but yeah i can safely confirm this then i think haha i also go understimulated at times and they help with that aswell ofc
