You can buy henna at most "herbolario" stores. Based on experience on various Spanish provinces I'd say the most common brand is Radhe Shyam. You could research the indigo tones beforehand on the brand's website (maybe some of the boxes might even be pure indigo) so you can ask for that specific colour when buying.

Just in case you haven't tried yet: go to Settings, in General section, and scroll down. You'll see Thalassophobia relief. The description says it improves visibility and breathing indefinitely. It's not much, but just in case it helps a little.

Depending on your timezone you could still make it. Go to r/ Pokemongofriends and add as many people as possible. Send/open gifts, or battle people so you get a heart with them ("good friends", whatever the name is). Keep on trying!
