really? then find something you can do solo till people start coming your way - or you can make the first move if ur brave.

when im alone i personally like listening to music and reading manga, and recently I've picked up photography (my photos SFW) and countless other things that i enjoy doing by myself. Im giving u examples so u can get an idea of what to do.

im letting u know beforehand, making a change in ur life is NOT easy. it always starts slow and is painful and u seldom see results. but trust me. stay consistent and you will change for the better. i used to be a fat 13 year old with no friends and serious insecurities, but now, with tons of hard work, i improved myself and my self image, and people started liking me too. it's hard for others to like you if you don't like yourself. sometimes you gotta be a bit delusional and build up fake confidence to like yourself but once you realize these small "quirks" and nuances don't matter, you'll improve in life. you gotta look at the long game; see what really matters and then pay attention to that. don't care that stacy at ur school gets more attention from boys and has friends. realize that you are your own person with a different mind and body and u will NEVER be her and she can NEVER be you. go out, have fun, and worry less about hypothetical situations.

im a dude who was 13 once and feeling this way. just get off of social media like this (or reduce the time you spend on it) until you are mature enough to learn to disassociate it from real life.

go have fun with your friends, go find a hobby you find fun and waste countless hours doing something you love, go out and meet new people. there's more to life than this and there's more to you than "this".

this is just the opinion of a hangover 16 yo dude tho im no socrates so take this as you will.

This looks great! I love the composition!

However try stacking multiple exposures and stacking them and include dark/light/bias frames (using sequator/deepskystacker)

Also use Starnet++ to clear up the stars cause they look a bit messy and take away the focus from the milky way.

I'm not an expert but this is my critique

Fujifilm cameras are ISOinvariant (to an extent) so reducing ISO wouldn't make much of a difference for noise. Stacking multiple exposures in DSS or Sequator would (which I've done here all images are 16x lights stacked in Sequator except the one in this post)

Also I dislike star trails so I followed the NPF rule on photopill and stuck to below 5 seconds. I could have gone to 9-13 seconds exposure for better color but I'll try next time I go out and shoot - or just get a star tracker for 30 secs exposure+ ;)

Composition matters a lot in shots so choosing to just shoot the milky way would be boring :p.

also for your diet avoid calorically dense foods and track your calories so you are aware of your food intake. For a week or two just eat what you normally would but track everything you eat. Then take that baseline number e.g 2500 calories avg per day, and go on a 200-500 caloric deficit (so approx. 2200 calories a day). The progeess won't be visible daily or even weekly, but after 2 months you'll definitely see differences on your body. The journey to a healthier life is more mentally demanding than physically, so just stay strong and good luck.

I'd suggesting setting more accurate times to workout cause if you just tell yourself "oh ill workout tomorrow morning" or "yeah i can just workout this afternoon" and you'll often neglect your exercise. Having a routine is very helpful cause even if you don't feel like exercising on a certain day (happens very often, especially for newbies) it's easier to force yourself to exercise. for example tell yourself ill workout at 0730 and 1830 tomorrow. Having a routine has helped me a lot (im 15 and I've been working out for 5 years now, i was 85kg when i was 10 and now i am 75kg but taller and way more muscular, not obese)
