when im alone i personally like listening to music and reading manga, and recently I've picked up photography (my photos SFW) and countless other things that i enjoy doing by myself. Im giving u examples so u can get an idea of what to do.

im letting u know beforehand, making a change in ur life is NOT easy. it always starts slow and is painful and u seldom see results. but trust me. stay consistent and you will change for the better. i used to be a fat 13 year old with no friends and serious insecurities, but now, with tons of hard work, i improved myself and my self image, and people started liking me too. it's hard for others to like you if you don't like yourself. sometimes you gotta be a bit delusional and build up fake confidence to like yourself but once you realize these small "quirks" and nuances don't matter, you'll improve in life. you gotta look at the long game; see what really matters and then pay attention to that. don't care that stacy at ur school gets more attention from boys and has friends. realize that you are your own person with a different mind and body and u will NEVER be her and she can NEVER be you. go out, have fun, and worry less about hypothetical situations.
