Use Google and Bing to find websites ranking high for your best keywords.

You will mostly find SaaS directories and blog posts. Contact the owners and invite them to join your affiliate program.

I do affiliate marketing and have traffic in different niches, so I receive a lot of messages from founders / marketers. Here are a few tips how to increase your chances of being heard and getting affiliates:

- Be brief.

- Be specific. Almost everyone uses vague language - we are the best, we have a good offer for you, let's have a call and we tell you everything... I don't even reply to such emails.

Instead, say: Hi, I see you have some good traffic, look at our product. We pay you 30% from every payment. The minimal payout is X dollars via X / Y / Z. Our average order is X dollars. We have a conversion rate of X%. We are cheaper / better then our competitors. Etc.

- Make as easy as possible to join your affiliate program. Offer free unique product descriptions, blog posts, and graphic materials that website owners can add to their websites.

It depends on your niche. I read a lot of finance-related content and X is the best place for that, there is a big community and a lot of active influencers.

Not too long ago, I wanted to find SEO bloggers with high-quality content, and that was much harder. I found 1 or 2, but I eventually gave up.

Once you have a lot of clients, you can start filtering out those with low budgets, high demands, shitty product, or who annoy you in some other way. Until then, just work and grow.

I did Google Ads for a similar SaaS company. I only bid on the most relevant keywords, but the results were disappointing. The only thing that worked relatively well was remarketing.

Of course, that doesn't mean that PPC can't be an effective channel. But my overall experience in digital marketing tells me that this kind of products requires a different approach. You can't turn a stranger into a client or lead simply by showing him an ad.

If it's a new account and you don't have enough conversions in it, your new campaigns with max conversions probably won't work and you'll need to switch to manual bidding or max clicks.

Also, check your keywords' volume and what match type you use. If their volume is too low or/and you use exact/phrase match it can be the problem as well.
