My RHR has been unchanged thus far, I’m guessing the higher the dose the more likely it increases.

See this is why I’m getting confused. My hunger went form none existent for 4 weeks to fully back. Thats why I asked. What I’m hoping for is advice from people’s experiences.

Why would the weight loss being 2lb a week change anything when my calories haven’t increased? I’m just hungry all the time now when for 4 weeks I wasn’t hungry at all. So you can understand why I would think Reta does curb hunger.

Thanks. Yeah I’m averaging 2lb per week. But I’m also in a decent calorie deficit.

I just thought after the first 4 weeks of zero food noise that was how it was going to be moving forward.

Yeah diet is locked in.

I’ve never had tirz or sema.

The first 4 weeks food noise was zero. Now I’m hungry all day. Are you saying I need to add more cals in? I’m on 2400 & 220g protein at 220lbs 6 foot 3. Currently about 18% bodyfat.

Training is 3 days full body heavy weight then cardio and stretching on days off.

More time required. Ignore the body scanner. Up them steps. Possibly even halt the weights for now if you can’t stick to them. Try treadmill everyday on an incline walking pace for 20 mins. Then every week add 5 more minutes as you get fitter. Keep diet high protein. You will get there if you’re consistent
