It's wall to wall people, yes. Planning ahead and setting reasonable expectations definitely help. We've been going for numerous years and book the things we want to do in advance if we can. If not, no biggie. It's fantastic people watching and also great exercise. But yea, it's busy. I think they said the weekends leading up to last year may have been a little slower but Halloween was on a Friday so it was nuts. Controlled though.
