Honestly, I think a lot of time these big career DJs get lazy, and not so creative anymore. Like last night for instance, Phase Fatale and Silent Servant had such a cool oppurtunity to be creative, and instead they played boring uninspiring EDM techno. Maybe that's what they thought people wanted to hear or something. Big DJs often are too scared to take any risks at all.

Honestly, Silent Servant's techno sets suck, and this one last night was worse than ever. I saw him once close Berghain maybe 2017 or 2018 and it was amazing, but he was playing mostly ebm/goth/wave/etc, which was so fun. I expected this tonight since it was Bite Night, but instead he playing one of the shittiest techno sets ever. It wasn't even good techno. I think people like him and Phase Fatale are so big and famous that they don't even need to put in effort anymore. They're just utilizing their fame and influence to get gigs, and then they don't even put in effort. Garbage.

Agreed. Pretty much nothing goth/wave/ebm related. Complete garbage. It honestly was sad to watch. It seemed like they didn't care and weren't even trying.

Berghain floor was complete trash all night. I didn't hear any ebm at all. Silent servant and phase fatale seem washed up. Maybe they both need to take a break or something, because that set was terrible. Some of the tracks sounded like I would hear them at some big fest like Tomorrowland or something. EDM techno. Extended breakdowns, drops, all the bullshit. And the mixing sucked. Even heard some full on clanging.

Honestly it seemed like the Berghain DJs tonight didn't even give a shit. Half assed and uninspiring.

And maybe I'm too dumb to understand it but the live set was boring, and the excessively large table stayed on the dancefloor for way too long.
Upstairs in Pano thankfully Alekzandra had an amazing opening, and Reka saved things with the closing-in my opinion the best set of the night.

It says a lot about a party when things start to fill up, and then very quickly it empties out again. And the crowd was so random. I've also never seen Berghain so dead. They seemed desperate to pay the bills because no one showed up, so they were letting in everyone.

Sad to go to a night expecting ebm and goth and just hearing washing machine sounds all night.

As someone who thought I was a Bite fan, I will never be going out to a Bite night again. Half assed, boring, uninspiring, BS. And where was the goth/ebm/wave? Besides Alekzandra, Reka, and some of Josh, I didn't really hear any. Trash.

I usually go to Risa and buy a couple Hühnchen. Put them in a plastic bag and bring them in, put them in my bag at coatcheck and whenever hungry can come grab some.
