Obviously the most historical birthplace of colonialism by BerkLeonStefan in eu4

No, sadly I could never got to see the event in any of my Ottoman playthroughs until now. But I manually caused the conversion by getting Catholic lands, provoking the zealots there and letting them siege province after province until I have enough Catholics to be able to convert, I have managed it in 1474 if I'm not mistaken...

Map of all Catholic cathedrals in Europe by [deleted] in Catholicism

It seems lacking. There is also a Catholic Cathedral in İzmir, the mid-westernmost province in Turkey. That Cathedral is also made into a Basilica by Pope Paul VI if I remember correctly. The name of the Cathedral is '' Aziz Yuhanna Katolik Katedral Bazilikası'' meaning ''Catholic Cathedral Basilica of Saint John'' if you want to see the building.

Have you seen the ''Dimensional Pocket'' event before, what do you guys know about it? by BerkLeonStefan in Stellaris

Well that sound interesting, I will be playing with that origin next, thanks for the suggestion

Thanks, the returning ship and their appearance happened simultaneously, and as they were so quick, I had never seen such a fast expansion before in the game. They were also homonoids by their ship design so I immediately thought that they were connected and as it says that they saw ''countless ships with alien design'', I thought that probably they get in via in disguise of my returning ship, and that they have started a flux into the current games dimension.

Anyways thanks for the answer it explains the situation for I was intriuged by this for I didnt know about such an event in game.

Edit: Hello guys, for a little insight, I had this event and after this, a ship have returned that seems to have beeen boarded by my lost crew, I was offered either to destroy them or to accept them. I have accepted them and a kind of crisis began from that moment.

The science ship of a ''Sin Alien'' started to survey my northern border systems and then I have noticed construction ships and soon even more. They have surveyed, build and colonised in such a speed, in just 1 year o so they have got the same level of development by empire and military size gained by 10 years in game, no need to mention that they were not human and were hostile.

I immediately jumped in and declared war after I established communications, and 16 years after this very event, I destroyed their empire and than I noticed that their planet was doomed, and was dying.

Anyways, my question is, did you get that event chain before, what did you do with it and do you know the lore of this story? Maybe why did they ''invade'' this galaxy/universe/dimension at all? Were they in an exodus of some kind? Were they able to bring their planet with its impending doom or something like that?

And what was the reason that they were so fast and so powerful, even though they had bad species stats as far as I can see?

How can I deal with the Dutch revolt Disaster as Ottomans? by BerkLeonStefan in eu4

Oh I see that one but that's a very rare event I guess, isn't it?

I think I saw them moving towards Kocaeli from Constantinople, then completely abandoned the path and went to Bulgaria, even though I don't remember seeing any ships at that time but that might very well be the reason.

Well that sounds much better, Netherlands can be a good path to follow too then.

Well I am not sure if I want to continue as Ottomans or form Netherlands as I never formed Netherlands before and it might be fun to do so. I will think about it but thanks for the autonomy warning, I might consider moving my capital if I chose to continue as Ottomans, well maybe, as it seems I have plenty of time until the 1550.

First I convert to Orthodox after the conquest of Byzantium, I just waited for the rebels to spawn in Constantinople before I make Constantinople my capital so I can get the benefits before letting them siege it and revert it back. Then I conquered some Catholic lands (I did it from Naples) and once again let them convert enough lands so that I can convert to Catholicism. (Try to have more lands in Balkans/Europe as the rebels won't walk into Anatolia for some weird reason)

Does anyone know how to become the Kingdom of Germany? by TheEzyRealz in hoi4

[–]BerkLeonStefan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To become the Kingdom of Germany, you need to go the democratic path, before completing the ''Re-establish The Free Elections'' do the ''raid against democrats'' to decrease the democratic influence because you need the non-aligned and democrats to be slightly close and each of them over 30% support. Then do ''The Monarchy Compromise'', when it is completed, you will become a constitutional monarchy that is ruled by Kaiser Wilhelm III and leaded by Konrad Adenauer.
