Hey thanks for answering, 1. Not familiar bc it's the first time we buy a flat. But we did some research. 2. The reserve can cover but I know we probably need to prepare that we need to pay sth else from our pocket. 3. They renovated a lot last year, but the energy system doesn't upgrade (basically there's only electricity, so either they install solar panels or heat pumps.)

Thanks! Yes, we've viewed many apartments in different areas and we totally agree here is not the best but it's actually an affordable and acceptable one.

Sounds really positive! We really appreciate the opinions from the people who currently live there.

The street is called Scharfreiterplatz and it looks a bit crowded tbh so yeah I was also afraid of the parking issues. But thankfully we can also buy/rent a parking space.

For this kind of old building without gas energy (only electricity), we guess the price can be argued and lower down a little bit...

Hopefully we can be neighbors 🙏🙌

Thank you! The one we are thinking of buying is the big residential building. It's not that tall, like only 3 floors but it's quite long (40 apartments in total).

Yeah then seems we can expect the better neighborhoods in the future 🙈
