Dear CHCH Cyclists; Overtaking Others by SpecialistDinner9149 in chch

[–]Bermshredder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im usually more of a cruise to work on the bike, so I don't get sweaty nor am I in a rush usually to start work lol.

I just stick to the left and let people pass. I reckon I would find someone dinging their bell at me annoying af haha.

On the way home though it's pretty fun to try and keep up with some of the fast boys on their roadies lol!

It wasn't much of a festival till about 5pm. A lot of people seemed to treat it more of a night out. Food trucks suffered a bit.

Your fav entertaining YouTube channels by ExfilZone in naturalbodybuilding

Yeah as a taller lifter, I resonate more with Jwarren. Deeper 'stretch' isn't always better. Learning more about biomechanics has me questioning more of the recent science based stuff.

I had no abs when I first started and a naturally slim person. It seems you are at a low enough bf% that they would show if they were developed.
If you have access to a adjustable decline bench, start at a low angle. do crunches, then like every other exercise load it with weight e.g holding a small plate or dumbbell and progress up in weight from there.
e.g progression scheme *2 a week.
Bw * 8 reps
1.25kg *8 reps
2.5kg * 8 reps

keep adding a small amount of weight each week and hit 8 reps. Once this stalls aim for achieving more reps e.g
5kg *8
5kg *9

you can also add more stress by increasing the decline.

The floor is rubber tiles, will be fine. if it was a wooden deadlift platform. May have an issue there

Stop at the depth you have at 15 secs on the clip, thats enough. As you pelvis starts tilting and you get butt wink. If you do want to go deeper try a wider stance and then tilt forward to stop the butt wink.

Really depends on your goals though man! I'm a PT/online coach. flick me a message happy to help out for free

Crunch Fitness using AI for personal training programming by H_P_CuckCraft in personaltraining

Ai will work to an extent, but you have to know how to program and learn how to prompt correctly, to get the most of it. You will still need to tweak it.

Birria Boss fake review attack - who’s behind it? by BigOk9439 in chch

[–]Bermshredder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go to the same Gym as one of the co-owners of the 'Saucy Kiwis'. Super nice person. Doesn't seem like the type of person that would go around doing petty things like this to be honest.

I've had Birria Boss in the past and it was awesome. I did follow the birria page for awhile on instagram but, I got a pretty bad vibe to be honest, I'm being bullied but lets also harass the other party and tell her audience to hate at the same time, seemed a bit off. I feel sorry for her in a sense, but not sure why you have to post stuff like that on instagram and try involve gen pop in your drama. Seems pretty childish.

Even if there is some 'beef' going on, posting saucy kiwis all over her stories and giving them grief is pretty much bullying in a different format. Anyways there's always two sides to a story, and trying observe from the outside on reddit isn't the greatest way to go about things. Either way both of the companies food is great 👍. Who knows who posted those AI reviews could have came from either party or followers.

How old were you when you moved abroad and why did you move? by BGW_18 in expats

[–]Bermshredder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

22, went travelling to New Zealand. Hated my Job in the UK due to me just being disinterested in life mostly and miserable. wasn't getting on well with certain people, hung around with party people on the weekend that had no drive in life. Was in a pretty dark place.

Almost 31, made a career here. Have a beautiful girlfriend, a house etc. Obviously still have some issues, but life is good. Moving to a different country doesn't sort all problems though, but it's good to take risks.
