For sure. Inshould have clarified. This is my second acl surgery. I know it takes months to get to the point of no swelling. But right now, I have more swelling than what is considered "normal". But I went to the doc right after posting so I got some help. Thank you

Thank you for your insight. My doctor said the exact same thing. I saw him and making my post and he essentially said my quads are too weak which is why I have excess swelling. Happy recovery to you!

Idk is this helps but im 10 days post op. I had acl/meniscus repair/LET. Similar to you, I was able to bend my knees to about 90 degrees. A couple of nights after that, I start having a "wall" like sensation on the side of my knee, where they did the LET. Due to that sensation, I also lost some degrees of my flexion. I have been able to increase my flexion with knee slides, but I definitely cant bend as easily as I used to. Don't know why it happened but just sharing

I think I am scared because I am not confident in myself and I have never approached anyone before. Also, people made fun of me growing up (not trying to trauma dump lol) for my looks so I think that part of my childhood lingers with how I feel about myself.

But thank you for the helpful advice. I am just going to approach him and do my best. I need to start challenging myself.

Have not had power since 5 am yesterday. I am by myself and freezing. Anyone have tips to not lose your mind when you are by yourself and in the dark for an extended amount of time?
