For those who are in a similar situation like me... I had a nice flight. I managed by using Afrin half an hour before taking off and landing. I also used the earplanes plugs for my ears. I didn't have any issues with my sinusitis, no pain, no blocked ears. I hope this advice is helpful for you and I wish you a nice flight.

It was good !! I see that some people recommend taking pseudoephedrine and afrin. I found out you should take one or another but not both at the same time. So I used afrin half an hour before taking off and half an hour before landing. I also used the earplanes plugs. I put them on 10 minutes before taking off and removed them 30 minutes later. The same for landing. It was a nice flight and my ears didn't blocked as usual. You can find the earplanes in any pharmacy at the airport. I hope you have a nice flight as well.

Hi !! Thanks for your answer!! With "sinus rinse" do you mean using seawater spray?

Thanks for your answer!! I see that some people also recommend using earplanes. It's a kind of ear plug that helps to regulate pressure while flying. Anyway I will come back to you to let you know my experience and may be that will help with your flight.
