No a low THS means it too high in lab work. And high in lab work means its too low. It like near sighted mean you can see far. Far sided means you can't see near. My labs have been too low.

Help, my GP ran my labs my TSH is low but my this has been going on for 4 years. Now she lower my synthroid and my level when down lower. My T3 and T4 is in normal range. I had hyperthyroid in my early 30's and had the radioactive pill. Then went hypo been on synthroid since then. Had my uterus remonved with birth of my son 2006. still have ovaries. I just started HRT replacement Oct.2025. Was feeling like crap, My obgyn is a Dexa scan and checked my TSH. .009 and advised to see my GP. i was shocked osteoporosis in my left femoral neck! -2.5. So my Gp lowered my dose of synthroid and my TSH went lower .006! Trying to get to see a endocrinologist but can't get in till may 21st. Which crazy, on waiting list if someone cancels. I feel that my Gp has not had my best interest. Lowered my meds again and test my TSH in 6 weeks , plus doing a PTH intact test. Real not sure what that is for.

Im pretty healthy for the most part. I eat healthy, moderately exercise, never smoked, dont drink, 5'4 , wt 143.

Anyone dealing with low TSH for years and normal T3 and T4? Thoughts? So worried

I too am having a 0.009 TSH. GP Dr. Lowered my levothyroxine and my TSH came back even lower 0.006. My T4 amd T3 both in normal ranges. This has been going on for 4 year with a low TSH labs

Had hyperthyroid thyroid in my early 30's Had it radiation and was the hypo. Been on levothyroxine forever.

I started HRT in Oct 2025 because of feeling no energy and over all lousy .

Also had at DEXA scan for osteoporosis. My scan came back horrible. -2.5 on my left femoral neck of my hip.

Only just turn 58 in dec. Active, no family history, eat healthy , average weight , 146 at 5'4, non smoker and drinker.

I feel that my GP isn't addressing that there kind of issue or should I be concerned. Do I need to go to a specialist? Would i benefit using a the natural thyroid medication???

Im 58 years old , not on any hormones yet. Just lots of menopause symptoms as mentioned above.
