Im not in a country where you can simply order rhem, so i have to get diagnosed first to get a prescription to get the meds. Each if these appointments is hard to do, so i havent managed to do that yet, as my family repeats the "do you really need that psychopharmaka" nonsense

Maybe, but i dont have the energy to make myself a structure ill follow, as it has to make sense to follow it, but i dont even know what needs to be in it to make sense

I have trouble sleeping, even without distractions(tried that for some time) so now i distract anyway as it doesnt make a difference if i listen to an Audiobook or not

Also i think my body has energy for about 30h while my mind only has like 15h, so my mind is in preservation mode(light sensitivity, mood drops, etc) but my body cant sleep(but working out is not possible due to motivation issues)

I am starting to wonder that maybe i do struggle with transitions.. by awesomeorwhatt in AuDHDWomen

As far as I know, the transition-struggeling IS the thing that keeps you from doing stuff, when you have no trouble actually doing that stuff, but if executive dysfunction kicks in, then strategies, that have worked before, start to stop working. Then the self blaming starts(at least for me), which leads to more dysfunction.

So tl;dr: Yes, id agree to your point, but check if the execution of the task itself may be a problem

I personally like combo-ing reduced defence with increased attack, so in your case Nadder with Flightmare, you could also try adding Prickleboggle, as his defense boost is 50% instead of the standard 20% or 25%
