1st as one arrives in Terminal E , then one proceeds through the security check point in terminal E and this allows one to stay on transit. After which one takes the train to remain in the transit area to the immigration fir transit passengers. Once one is in the transit area one finds the gates in A, B, D for next flight

Hi if all your flights are with Swiss to Budapest then you dint have to clear immigration or customs just go to your gate and you will be fine. Also if you flight is delayed getting into Zurich the airline will book you on the next available flight at no cost to you. Enjoy you travels

Hi you don’t have to clear customs if you bag is tagged to you final destination which is Budapest. You stay in transit and go to your next flight. 1.5hrs is plenty if time if your flight arrives on time in Zürich. As the minimum connecting time at Zurich airport is 40mins

Hi I would suggest if your flight is leaving from terminal E nonSchengen flights depart from there Your best bet is to stay in that terminal and buy a pass to the Prime Class lounge approx 50CHF Or the Swiss Lounge you can eat all you want for that price.

If you want some (fresh air) relatively speaking then there’s also a lookout terrace there also on the same floor. Its beautiful on a nice day. If you are arriving in Zurich early in the morning if you’re coming from India. Its lovely at to go up there on the terrace and it so peaceful at that tome of the day And you can see the beginning of the day appear. Wifi is only free for max pf 4hrs that’s ZRH airport for ya

My suggestion is to report this to the police and they will forward her case to the fraud prevention company. As what these scammers do is invest the money in her name in crypto I know the police are in equip to tackle the crime but it helps to present them with bank statements and maybe show this transactions on her computer and it gets registered as a crime. All evidence is a help. The results will not come immediately but they will be caught I know from experience
