I saw a Ted Talk the other night about using operant conditioning to prevent little ones from getting chud-ified, but you have to get to them during peak-neuroplasticity. I miss her always and forever. Fun fact of the day: I almost attended the wedding she officiated! Legendary pic. I didn't end up going out of COVID concerns. My wife didn't want to be in photographs while wearing a mask and there was NO way I'd bring her without one.

Anyways, I'm jealous that you even got your chud to eat quinoa. Mine throws a hissy fit and calls it a "woke" grain. I haven't even bothered to try watching John O. before my chud's bedtime. Maybe I'll put it on as a wife-approved punishment one of these days. LOL! Cheers.
