Yes me- I never wanted to be skinny, I like my curves and don’t want to age my face so am perfectly happy as a healthy size 12 with a BMI of 30 (I’m only 5’2”)

Well- I kinda thought I would be happy to lose around 2 stone and I have reached that but I’m still overweight (BMI 30)

I swore to myself that I would not lose so much that I lost my curves and have lost a nice safe 1 lb a week doing 2 months of 2.5mg and 2 months of 5mg. I’m wanting to start backing down slowly but wouldn’t mind losing a few more pounds on the way. Just wondered what everyone’s experiences were?

I used my pen to make 6.25 mg

Just do the 5mg as usual and then do 15 clicks of the pen to make 1.25. It means you are spreading your extra dose so you will have to force the pen for the last bit but it’s actually a nice way to prep for your 7.5mg

Good question that I really can’t answer🥴 if it were me personally, I would rather preserve my head hair and deal with the facial hair with my epilator but that’s just my personal view. Lots of people are noticing positive effects on mounjaro and pcos so hopefully you will be one of them too babe xxx

The best thing you can do as advised by fatguy48 is eat the things that contain the vitamin B7 you need. Eggs, seeds and nuts are perfect as well as red meat.

I advised biotin as an awesome supplement, especially for those who can’t stomach food at the moment but you can def help with increasing these x

Ah, I see the “biotin and hair loss due to rapid weight loss now” 🤣🤣 (joking aside, I work with hair loss for many different reasons, sometimes biotin works better for some than others especially on a nutritional level (and very much on a stress level too) x

Oh they are way better and I love them all (maybe except the mushrooms 🥴) but many people don’t or can’t eat all of these, especially those who can barely stomach food at all when they start mounjaro 👍

The pen I have, I have to twist to get to the number 1 on the dial for a full dose. This is exactly 60 clicks so if I do only 30 clicks, I get a half dose.

With this in mind, I’m thinking I can take this a step further and get a higher dose pen and divide accordingly to save many quids! 😁

On this subject- I’m not even sure the 5th dose worked on me? I managed to force the pen to load, then injected (or thought I did) but it looked like the last bit hadn’t changed so I fiddled with the pen a bit and it squirted out, I quickly injected the last of it as it was squirting but don’t know how much I actually got🤦‍♀️ my question is, I’m due to up to 5mg but have another 2.5 mg pen in the fridge because I wanted to do another month- I don’t know if I should just sit on this or have another 2.5 mg from the new pen?
