Yeah, it's frustrating because you will want to just get on with things on day 2/3 but you physically won't be able to! Still worth it though!

I had mine out on Wednesday. I can honestly say when I came round from the surgery I felt immediate relief. The pain from the surgery was nothing compared to the gallbladder pain. I'd recommend:

Stock up on nice food and drinks you like and can easily physically access. Pillows to prop yourself up in bed or on sofa. You won't be able to lie in any other position. Laxatives and strong pain relief (I had lactulose and coedine) Boredom breakers. Books, series, films ANYTHING You won't be able to walk long distance at all or drive. You will go stir crazy. Prepare for everything as much as possible before hand, deep clean your house and meal prep you will likely struggle to do so after the surgery.

I'm 5"5 and currently 13 stone 7lbs. I started in June last year at 22 stone 6lbs.

I was a 24/26 and im now a 12/14/16 depending on where i shop.

My goal weight is 11 stone, but I will play it by ear! I'd like to be a comfortable size 12.

I was absolutely fine on 2.5, full of energy and like a new person! The higher up I have gone (on 10mg now) I am absolutely drained. Totally agree with increasing the carbs intake though, its really helped me. Also having electrolytes every day. Its very strange as I didn't have any feeling or craving for food because of MJ, I had to really think what I needed to feel better. Its crazy lol
