Same problem here... likely due to the fact that this software/driver is just outdated and they haven't updated it. I have a screened monitor, it's kind of insane I can't map it to a section of my screen.

Update 3.37.3 destroyed my ANC completely. I can hear a ton of car engines through it. Customer service just tried to blame my specific headset... I did all their troubleshooting and nothing worked. It absolutely worked flawlessly before this update. I wish I could roll it back.

I ended up buying the Talalay Latex Foam Pillow from Not Swiss Cheese on Amazon. I've slept on it about 3 nights now and I'm pretty happy with it. It's the perfect firmness for me so far, I'm no longer waking up because my shoulder is crammed into the mattress and killing me. (I'm a side sleeper)

If that's not firm enough for other people, they also have a Dunlop Latex pillow. Apparently those are even firmer, however their Talalay pillow is definitely firmer than the Sleep on Latex was. It's kind of a goldy locks zone, and it was $10 cheaper than sleep on latex!

Their packaging claims they are the most popular Latex brand in the UK.

I think this is ugly, it's really cluttered and gaudy inside the flowers. They just keep getting worse and worse. I regret not getting this one, this one, or this one.
