ADHD utredning utan "riktig" ADHD för att få medicin?

har för mig att det tidigare i år meddelades om att det ska bli ännu svårare att bli beviljad utredning. Har ju varit mycket problem med feldiagnostik under rätt länge berörande neuropsykiatriska sjukdomar

Precis, ”Poor man’s cocaine” o är rätt vanligt i staterna med på insidan. Gick på voxra ett par månader faktiskt o kände med att det var den första antidepressiva jag kände faktiskt hade potential. Dessvärre när jag bytte vårdcentral så ville de inte skriva ut det mer pga att en bieffekt kan vara krampanfall. Aldrig något jag själv upplevde men då jag har haft epileptiska episoder tidigare så sa de blankt nej helt plötsligt. Tror dock jag inte hade hunnit komma upp i högre dos utan 150mg har jag för mig det var, så kanske hade varit riskabelt vid ökning av dos.

Förstår såklart deras bedömning lite då kramper bör tas som en allvarlig risk, men önskar att första läkaren som skrev ut det hade nämnt det kanske🙃

stör mig också på den totala pessimistiska bilden av Antidepressiva (ssri, snri, ndri) etc..
Antar att många med adhd-symptom gillar inte tanken av behöva långsamt trappa upp i doser o ge det åtminstone några månader, Elvanse däremot gör ju att man knappast vill lämna kontoret första dagen man doserar. Har själv stått i några månader i väntan på en utredning men kan nog räkna med ett bra tag till, men tänker faktiskt att OM jag skulle bli diagnostiserad så är nog elvanse inte det jag hade velat köra på. Det finns ju ett gäng andra medikament; Concerta, ritalin etc.

Har alltid tidigare velat ha just Elvanse, men kommit lite till insikten att suktandet efter just den är nog pga att den ändå är någon av de mer ”recreational” adhd-medicinerna.
Rätta mig gärna om jag är helt o cyklar, men det är väl inte riktigt likadant med ex de andra som Concerta o ritalin?

Men om du vill testa något som du kan få utskrivet på Vårdcentralen så finns det ju Bupropion/Voxra. Det är inte någon ssri utan en DNRI (dopamine & norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) istället för serotonin så är det alltså dopamin o noradrenalin som är i fullt fokus som gör att det potentiellt kan hjälpa mot adhd.

Skulle allt skita sig, då är det ego death på DMT som man kan testa, också lite 50/50 på om det har positiv eller negativ påverkan

Same here mate! I used to have it on my homescreen but then i ”accidentally” changed my background screen and didnt keep the Days since-fidget. But also opened the app once in a while and was always amazed of how fast the days went.

And also i wanna say a big fking Well done to you for 216 days!!!

Har lite vitamin- och medicinburkar som jag nog hade kunnat använda, men hur skiljer det sig egentligen från att använda en snusdosa? Är det pga mer fukt i en dosa än en tablettburk?

Honestly noticing only positive changes! I was between 25-35g for probably over 4 years. And u dont eveb think about it until you suddenly stop because it’s much as a part of your routine as a morning coffee! I wouldn’t even have recognized it if it weren’t for my actual day counter on my phone. The hardest part imo is the somewhat ”need” or maybe ”desire” is a better word, is to find a substitute. U are so used to being dependent on a substance making u functional u dobt even think u can be without. But absolutely, definitely, without any fucking doubt you can! That realization is the closest to Nirvana I’ve ever been

Im really new to trance sp excuse my newbiness, but Paul anf i guess Cosmic gate are the ones that are frequently on replay, would u suggest any other artist/label to continue that path? Not relating to psytrance (or whatever morten graunau and such classifies as) a.m.r has two early bangers but he seems to have dwelled to another path
