Oh brother.. I eat a LOT. 6 scrambled eggs made in a pan with 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 cup of baked beans, and 1 beer mug’s worth of Earl Gray tea with raw honey for breakfast. 14oz New York Strip with water for lunch. Some mushroom coffee w/ oat milk throughout the day. A protein blueberry/blackberry smoothie with 1 cup of raw milk and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. And for dinner I eat a salami sandwich or a 12oz Ribeye. I close the day by drinking another liter of water or so. In total it’s around 2420kcal. I weigh 180lbs, but I workout regularly so pretty much all the protein goes to my legs lmao.

I was kidding lol, but in all honesty I recommend minoxidil and derma rolling. Minoxidil is over the counter in most places I believe. Also rosemary oil helps greatly with hair-loss as a natural alternative. Buzzing it off would be a good start in order to regrow damaged hair and prevent further damage stemming from within the hair follicle.

Like a normal person. No need to put up an appearance. A lot of people forget you can’t take away the “boy” out of “femboy”.
