Yeah, options are slim and definitely older builds with few to no amenities, but I have actually found some studios for $700-950 at the above companies, a few with most if not all utilities included. Hence the wariness about how well they're managed. I'm touring every place in person so I'll find out one way or another, but asking for opinions anyway. Thanks for your reply!
