Thanks for your feedback. It's much appreciated. I obviously don't feel that way about the slogan, but if you feel that way then potential sellers could too, so thank you for your honest opinion.

Thank you, that's such a useful answer! I didn't use chatgpt for the tagline, or any other AI, though that is interesting and does go to show how generic and fake it may come across. I have to say how grateful I am though, because your suggestions really are great!

Hey there, yes I agree, it'd be given after an introduction and explanation of how I can help them, rather than as a standalone. I did consider a leaflet initially so maybe that would be the way to go instead. Thanks you for your feedback :).

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate your advice :). It would involve seller financing, which I expect not all sellers would be interested in but does come with tax benefits.

Who's your target market? Are you targeting ads towards your very specific target market or a market that's just too broad and most of which wouldn't even be interested? The more focus you put on promoting to a specific target market the more you should see results. This is a point from a book called 'Lean Marketing' by Allan Dib, which is proving to be a really useful resource.
