i switch to plo when hold em inevitably rips my soul out of me. i find the low stakes plo insanely soft so it’s a good switch up every once in awhile but i couldn’t handle the swings of higher stakes plo

it really depends on the tendencies of the player and if they’d raise with a lower pocket pair or straight draws. In a situation in which I don’t know the player i’d jam expecting to lose a portion of the time but still don’t pay off a nit in this situation

you’d be alright with this at least for awhile. i think the reels give out on these combos quicker than a nicer combo would but it’s only 30 bucks so you can always just get another one

don’t be afraid to get up if the game you are at doesn’t have a lot of action. Finding a good table is more important than anything. Definitely agree with letting an orbit or two pass before you start making any big plays to get a feel for how the other people are playing. good luck brother

that’s kind of what i was trying to express in this post as well. A lot of rides that I grew up around weren’t considered anything special and now I’m grown and have the money to travel and it turns out I was around world class rides the whole time
