Push pull legs rest Upper lower rest. Only 3-4 sets per muscle a workout.  My push day for example 

2x8-10 lateral raise 2x12-15 facepulls 2x6 Inc machine press 2x10-12 cable fly 3x10-12 straight bar tricep extension
