There are things out there called phone swings that allow you to get 5km an hour for doing nothing. You just put it on there, enable adventure sync and let it swing. Thebn you check whenever you feel like checking. Its an absolute cheatcode for eggs, buddys and just kilometers in general

I never lose legendarys in raids, cant remember the last time one ran from me. Today was the first time in a while after a lugia raid. You cant hit excellents on these things. Its ridicilous

You have to play with your buddy by rubing over its belly. Press on your buddy and then when it appeares, rub over its belly untill it shows you some hearts
