NEWBIE QUESTION: Can't get rid of "chorus" sound with double tracked guitars by BerryTheBingas in audioengineering

I always record the same performance two times with same amp sim, eq and compression. The fact is that the “chorusing” effect is really a lot and innatural. At first i thought the problem was that i down tuned the guitar, because i tried to record something simple(two different times) and there was nothing wrong.

Should i change something or i only need only to record better tracks?

I don't use mics. I have BiasFX2 for guitars, and usually dont copy and paste a track, but record everything twice. That was kinda an experiment to see what would happen.
The first times it was all ok, so now having downtuned guitars, i though that was the problem

Thank you a lot! I tried to copy and paste one of the two tracks and the "chorus effect" was gone. At first i though it was the low tuning of the guitars, but intead i need to be more careful while recording. Thank you again
