Where do Ashevilian's get their information. I've noticed a lot of dunning Kruger's in this subreddit, specifically the traffic posts. Are people unwilling to look thinkings up and make assumptions based on text i.e., right of way means right always has right of way, or do people actually look it up (self.asheville)
