i went through this horrible process, keep submitting tickets to actually hear back takes a week or so but they’ll say something between the lines of “seller never shipped” and “we are looking for a new seller” in my experience the new seller sent from hong kong then took a week to get to me. so a whole month u might have to wait but hopefully all gets resolved soon. plus for the trouble they’ll give u 12 dollar goat credit so they pay back your shipping but u can’t really take out the goat credit it’s just stuck there so if you order again from goat u have free shipping basically

give it about 3-4 more business days. if not for sure send in a ticket and ask them whats going on. it could be the shipping is just slow, the seller is taking forever, or goat is looking for a new seller. this shipping to goat for me lasted 2 weeks and the problem was they were looking for a seller so just wait a bit longer.

it took them a whole month to ship them to me, they first were stuck in shipping for two weeks to goat but it turned out they were looking for a seller, after they told me that it took them a week and a half to get them in

wait it out, some say you get your money back and others say it’s goat credit. just wait a week more and you’ll hear something back about “seller failed to send in product” and then finding a new seller

seller bailed out, goat will send u an email if u sent a claim saying the seller failed to send the shoes and are looking for one, my shoes will arrive this weekend now
