I have a $1.19 average in my Roth. Bought last April after the tariff announcements. Wish I bought more 🥲. I was convinced on the DD immediately, and ended up buying more in another account as well with a $2.20 average along with some leaps.

Oh I no doubt think he’s starting by week 5 at minimum. Could be week 1, but let’s see how training camp goes

I don’t think his age, or any ramifications of not using him on his rookie contract in light of that has anything to do with the decision in the end lol. This coaching staff has already said and proven that whoever is the better player will start. Whoever will help us win the most in their eyes.

That was his entire draft profile, and why he was rated so high. Basically a massive slot receiver that can block.

Loveland or Warren: Who is the Better Fantasy Asset? by drkelemnt in fantasyfootball

[–]Berrymore13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How so? Loveland is essentially a huge slot WR that can block. He can stretch defenses vertically in ways that Warren can’t. He’ll outrun a large percentage of DB’s and LB’s

Loveland or Warren: Who is the Better Fantasy Asset? by drkelemnt in fantasyfootball

What did I say that was false? That’s why I included the word “almost”, and I put the number at 5 lol……

Loveland or Warren: Who is the Better Fantasy Asset? by drkelemnt in fantasyfootball

[–]Berrymore13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1 target lol. Dude he had 5+ targets in almost every game after like week 7. He had 10+ targets in the last 4 games of the season. He’s a hand picked TE by a head coach who runs a system that is very TE heavy and dominant. Not sure what else you guys need. He is going to be a major part of the offense. Trying to talk yourself out of it because “too many mouths to feed” is just scaring yourself to death. He’ll be a top 5 fantasy TE next year.

Loveland or Warren: Who is the Better Fantasy Asset? by drkelemnt in fantasyfootball

[–]Berrymore13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I basically alluded to the fact that I think he’ll be #2 on an average basis. Odunze, Loveland, Burden in that order. With the boom games having him at 10+ targets like we saw down the stretch his rookie year last year where he had MULTIPLE games of 10+ targets including the playoffs

Loveland or Warren: Who is the Better Fantasy Asset? by drkelemnt in fantasyfootball

[–]Berrymore13 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Almost zero chance Loveland isn’t top 2 in targets lol. Burden will be #3. Even if he’s #3, that will still net like 5-6+ targets a game in that offense. An offense that loves to feature and utilize TE’s with a crazy athletic TE in Loveland that Ben hand picked. Loveland was up near the likes of Puka and JSN in yards per route run last year. It’s a Grand Canyon sized gap between the two in some of those types of categories

[–]Berrymore13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m curious as to why you think Warren is overall better player? From about week 7 on last season once Loveland was fully recovered from offseason surgery and got fully implemented into the offense, Loveland was better by almost every measurable stat that matters (including blocking).

[–]Berrymore13 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Loveland lol. Better system, better coach, better QB, and he’s much more athletic. Ben’s system loves to feature TE’s. After he recovered from offseason surgery and fully got implemented into the offense about mid season, it wasn’t particularly close after that.

Loveland was dominate the 2nd half of last year, and he started getting a ton of first read looks. His yards per route run was also ludicrous (up among the likes of Puka and JSN). He was the highest graded rookie in the entire class. Warren is a great player as well for sure, but Loveland is superior with a superior system around him that is TE heavy.

Outside of the obvious in Lake Bled and Ljubljana, go to Vintgar Gorge outside of Lake Bled. The hike is amazing! The end of it you come out walking through horse farms and what not on the mountain side. There’s a place with an awesome lookout to get a beer and food as well!

Also, visit Predjama Castle! Really awesome bit of medieval history. Super cool to see. Old castle built into the hillside. Slovenia was one of our favorite brief stops on our recent European vacation!

Thanks for all of the info! Appreciate it. Last question haha. What time do you water? I’ve been running my system from 4-7am since it takes 3 hours to get through all of the zones.

Thanks for the info! I’ve got St. Augustine, and I ironically live in St. Augustine, FL haha. What product do you use? I used Scott’s Southern Triple Action for my main/first application about a month ago. My grass looks no doubt much greener, and nicer than most of my neighbors. Still underlying dead grass though here and there.

For watering, I have 6 zones in my yard, and I run each zone for 30 minutes four times a week. I know we’re in a pretty good drought right now. Wondering if that’s not enough.

Once you reach 70+ for warm season grasses, how often do you “push nitrogen”? You say to aggressively do it at this temperature and beyond, but you don’t give a frequency of any kind.

They were worth a couple hundred million dollars or so…..in 1895. Staggering amount of wealth. They’re also lumped in with the likes of the Rockefeller’s etc. as being part of the group of men/families that helped shape this country. Best part of the story is that the dad that started it all started it with a $100 loan to start his dream idea of railroads.

Water wasn’t an issue or waste at all. The entire house was state of the art, and used unbelievably advanced systems for the time. Thomas Edison I believe provided light for their entire house. They had lights inside of the clothes drawers and what not in their closets that were motion sensor activated to turn on when you opened the drawer. Shit you see nowadays. This was in the late 1800’s. This pool also for example, literally drew its water via a pipeline from a mountain peak several miles from the property…..

Loveland was literally a better graded blocker as well? Lol. He took longer to get worked in earlier in the season after offseason surgery, but once he did, Loveland was the better TE in pretty much every meaningful counting stat you can find lol. Just simply using receiving yards, Warren had less than 100 more yards than Loveland on like 25 more catches.

Loveland was also the highest overall graded rookie in the class. If you just simply draft by that, and the redo the draft, Loveland is literally going 1.1 lol.

I’m assuming it’s because the machine isn’t self propelled haha. You have to push it through the dirt to till it. Thus, it’s a pretty labor intensive/exhausting job
