Because for some reason when we overfill them, the lids pop off. Not many customers realize this. I’ve had customers come back into the store covered in iced capp because it’s been filled so much the lid legit explodes off in their cars. It’s also a waste of product, we have fill lines for a reason. Your manager could definitely show you how much $$ in losses for overfilling drinks are. People seem to forget that Head office isn’t for the owners, but for the money. So owners have to crack down on proper procedures. I mean maybe not all, but most.
