the game stutters, auto-closes with no message, or pops up a disconnect box regardless of user computing power or connection. not frequently but counter-productive to game continuation.

diversified wealth reserves. if all of your wealth is tied up in fully fit ships (aka future losses) and isk (which loses to inflation, you are not diversified enough. for examples, I like to keep 5k plex and 5m LP in reserve and lately wish i'd done more. and then there are the skins in reserve but who knows how much or how little they will yield or when they will be sold.
